E-billing: All you need to know

Our online e-billing service allows you to access your billing documents on the go. Documents are available to view as soon as they are ready, so you no longer need to wait for them to arrive in the post. View your invoices, credit notes and statements online at just the click of a button! Our e-billing service works on smartphones, tablets and desktops, making it easily accessible no matter where you are. 

E-billing is provided by our partner, Swiss Post. To start using this service, please ensure you have registered for an e-billing account, and have your George Boyd account number to hand.

E-billing FAQs

Can I use my George Boyd website login details? 
No, e-billing is a separate service. You will need to register for an e-billing account. 

Can I give my employees access? 
Yes, you can add multiple users to your account. They will have the same access as you, including the ability to view and download documents. However, you will need to set a ‘primary’ user for tax purposes. 

How do I reset my password? 
Click ‘forgot password’ on the login page and follow the instructions. You can also set up a security question in case you get locked out.
