How does next day delivery work?
Wherever possible, your order will be delivered next day if ordered before 3pm. If there is a problem with your order, we will call you before your delivery date to discuss this with you.
Please note, we cannot take orders for delivery over the weekend.
My order has arrived damaged. What do I do?

Delivery information and costs
Delivery is free for orders over £25 inc. VAT, excluding non-standard delivery areas*. For orders under £25 inc. VAT, a £5 delivery fee will apply.

Customers wishing to have items delivered outside of the UK mainland, remote areas, or Scottish Highlands may incur higher delivery costs at discretion of branch managers. Delivery time may also be longer than stated for some areas. Please place your order and we will contact you within one working day to discuss delivery options and associated costs. If you are not happy with the delivery charge quote, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Please complete a returns form and we will email you a label for you to return your item/s. Regardless of the reason for your return, all returns to George Boyd are completely free. If your item is faulty, we will send you a freepost label, and you won't be charged.
