What is FrameFit?
FrameFit is a new and unique gap remediation for fire doors. The fully tested product fits to door frames and the bottom of existing door leafs, reducing the gap size to meet the current fire door regulations.
A fire door will be reported as ‘non-compliant’ if there is a gap of over 4mm between the frame and the leaf. They will also be reported as ‘non-compliant’ if there is a gap of over 8mm (fire door only) and a gap of 3mm (fire and smoke doors).
FrameFit saves you from replacing the entire door, and provides a sturdy, cost-effective alternative.
