Astro Strip Intumescent Fire Seals 20mm x 4mm x 1050mm Brown

An intumescent graphite based fire seal contained within a PVC sleeve. Fits into a rebate in either the door frame or door leaf. In the event of a fire the seal expands (intumesces) to several times its original volume to seal the gap around the door, providing a safe and effective barrier against the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases. Please Note: Each fire door will have its own test evidence from the door manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the seals are fully compliant with the relevant test evidence.
