The Briton 378 Single Door Panic Bolt is an essential safety device for public areas such as schools, hospitals, cinemas, and shops. Certified to BS EN 1125 and CE marked to EN 1125 and EN 179, it satisfies requirements for panic and emergency exit applications. The push bar exit device features two-point locking for added security and an anti-thrust device to prevent forced latch retraction. Suitable for single and double doors up to 1300mm wide and 2500mm high, it is self-handed and site reversible for easy installation. The product comes with fixings and self-adhesive "Push Bar to Open" signage and is ideal for use on fire and smoke doors. The Briton 378 has a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee and is Certifire approved.
