Dorma RTS85 Universal Side Load Floor Pivot 297 x 90 x 37mm (L x H x D), is fixed at the bottom of the door. The side floor pivot holds the weight of the entire door at the bottom in a closed position. The product can be adjusted in height and is fitted in the upper road rail of the door. The floor pivot is then connected to the spindle and secured with a clamping piece. The product can be used with heavy duty doors.
