It cures quickly to provide a flexible, high-strength waterproof seal and contains an anti-fungal compound that prevents mould growth in damp areas like kitchens and bathrooms. This sealant is not just limited to sealing applications and can also be used as an adhesive for securing PVCu trims, cladding, and panels. It is certified under the harmonized European standard EN15651 for façade, cold climate, and sanitary applications and complies with the Construction Product Regulation.
