This operates on 24V DC voltage with variable adjustment closing force. Free swing function makes it possible to pass through with little physical force that is required. In event of fire the door closes automatically when the smoke switch control unit is connected. The free swing function the door will be opened once it is opened 90 degree once, suitable to use on fire rated wood doors as well as metal doors.
