Features delayed action, adjustable closing force, closing activity starting at approx 175 degrees approx. with hold-open function range of 85 -165 degrees. Can be switched on and off. For Non Fire Door applications. Mechanism and cement box only. Stainless steel accessory packs sold separately available .
