A Perry No.20 Light Suffolk Latch Set with Standard Thumb Piece Black

This light-duty galvanised Suffolk latch is perfect when you need a catch that looks right and need the door to be opened from either side. The plate is attached on one side of the door and carries the handle and hinged thumb lever. A hole or slot is cut through the fabric of the door for the lever to pass through and move vertically. The latch is positioned on the other side so that the bar is at its lowest point when the lever is down. Mount the keep on the frame of the door or gatepost, positioned so that the latch bar will drop into it when the lever is lowered.
