The Union 22EU StrongBOLT Euro Profile Sashlock in polished brass is a high-security lock designed for timber doors up to 54mm thick. The chamfered bolt design enhances the lock's performance under side load testing, making drilling attacks more difficult. The sashlock is anti-pick, anti-saw, and anti-drill for added peace of mind. The deadbolt is 14mm, ensuring secure positive deadlocking, and the hardened steel pins provide resistance to sawing attacks. The sashlock can be installed into many UK mortices without additional carpentry and is suitable for left or right-hinged doors. The lock is supplied with 2 steel nickel-plated keys and tested to BS EN 12209:2003 standards. It comes with a radius plastic splinter guard and anti-rattle strike, making on-site fine-tuning easier.
